I am building a new computer, and I am stuck! I have a Arctic B350 Tomahawk motherboard, ryzen 7 1700, evga 500w psu. I got all of my parts and installed them into the case. I tried to turn it on and nothing happen. I got a new motherboard. Still not the problem. Got a new psu still not the problem. Nothing is turning or showing that it is working. I have a PSU tester and all seem good. I have changed the com battery. I am using stock cooler. I have the 8 pin and 24 pin in and cooler plugged in. I have an interneal speaker that is not doing anything since the computer is not even running. What else could it be? is the CPU bad? No fans are spinning. I have reset the coms. tried jumping the power switch nothing. please HELP!!

I have not even sent back the first one at all. should i just go to a different board? I have 2 motherboard and 2 psu. is there anything else that i can try?/

If you're correctly connecting the 2 pins on the board
xx68
xxxxx

and no go... I see no reason for the board to not start... 2 different boards and 2 different power supplies.
Only if you've somehow shorted the motherboard when you firstly installed and started it... I assume that you haven't even installed the second one in the case, right?
It could be the CPU, or the CPU cooler, shorting the board.
Try RMA-ing board, CPU and CPU cooler and see what happens with the new components.
