So I just built a new computer for a client and won't start. The specs are:

Intel i3-7100
Gigabyte H110M-H
Adata 4 GB DDR4 2400 Mhz
500 GB Western Digital Blue
Aerocool GT w/ USB 3.0 & included 500W pawer supply

We tried almost everything to make it work. We tried to fix the power switch and reset switch in the motherboard. We tried to tighten the connection of the 24 pin power in the board but somehow only a flick of light appeared when we try to turn it on.

Please help cause this will cause us money in our business

Solution
Try putting in a 6th Gen Skylake CPU to flash the BIOS or swap the motherboard for a B250 Chipset model that needs no BIOS update to use a 7th Gen i3-7100.
