Windows 7 moving User profile

Hello!

Soon I'm going to have a new pc but going to put in a 1 tb HDD that I got in my pc now. I need to move my user profile onto my J drive then delete the copy left on the C drive but I'm really confused how to do it all so can anyone send a video link or explsin how to do it?

That will not work.
The 'user' from your old system is a different user than what will be in your new system. Even if it is the same user name "Trin", NTFS sees it as a different user.

Sure, you can save some stuff that exists in there, but you cannot apply the whole users folder to a new install and do anything with it.
