Will my CPU bottleneck?

I'm getting a new computer and already ordered the CPU and gpu. I got the intel core i3 7100 and gtx 1050 ti. I was wondering if the CPU would bottleneck the gpu at all and was wondering how many frames I would probably get on CSGO and Pubg. I have 4gb ddr4 ram and planned on getting an extra 4 down the road.

Solution
Yes, any CPU can bottleneck any GPU. Just how computers work. As long as the CPU can perform to to framerate goals, and GPU can perform to your visual goals, bottlenecking is not an issue.

As for framerates in those games, it depends on the graphical settings and resolution.

Your immediate problem will be the RAM most likely. 4GB is really little nowadays for everything beyond office tasks.

As for the CPU, should be fine in CSGO, could struggle a bit in PUBG, but I think it should be alrightish. Just don't expect too much from it.
