I noticed on 20 December 2017 that my C drive went full (mostly with temp data ~172GB) and shows the letters NTFS. I searched the internet unsuccesfully. Then I thought to remove the extra data using Windows Defender Security Center. Didn't work.
I searched the internet again the next morning, and after some time i found out that CCleaner might fix it. Every time I tried to clean the C partition CC crashed, working perfectly normal on my other drive (D: ). Then I tried using Glary Utilities. it only found 200MB of temp data and other trash files, but I still don't know how to remove those 172 GB and it's really annoying that my PC works really slow.
I would be really grateful if anyone could help me fix it.
Quick update : I analyzed the C Drive with Glary Utilities and I found out that CBS.log (C:\Windows\Logs\CBS) takes 227.65 GB
