All keyboards are unusable because the motherboard is stuck on the '+' key.

- I tried different kinds of USB keyboards, so I know it is not a keyboard issue
- I could not reformat because when I enter a key stroke all I get is an endless pattern of +++..
- The motherboard is an Asus P8Z68 Pro/Gen3 running Windows 10.
- I tried re-imaging but could not because the keyboard only types ++++++++++++....
- The PC was working perfectly when all of a sudden it started behaving this way.
- The last driver I installed is a USB wifi/Bluetooth dongle. I can't uninstall because the
keyboard is unusable since all it enters is the endless ++++++++++ key pattern.

Please help. Thanks.

Did you tried different USB port to connect keyboard? Did you disconnected wifi dongle?
I see two workarounds: using PS/2 keyboard (the problem seems to be related to USB); or you can try using 'touch keyboard', that's a small gadget that appeared in Win 10 recently that allows to type with mouse only (when you press RMB on taskbar, there should be option named 'Show touch keyboard button' or something like that, not sure of my translation).
