What is this cable/adapter called?

This is part of the Joytech - Xbox 360 Neo SE Advanced Controller and I need to know the name of it because the old converter stopped functioning. The controller is fine as far as I know and I want to know the name of this "pin" so I can find a replacement converter.

No problem, thanks. The plug on the opposite end to the USB is just an Xbox controller plug, i am not sure of the actual industry name of it. I'm sure you could have a search on the internet and find out from somewhere.
