The problem is this,

I do not know If i should get a new monitor now and get a new CPU / MOBO and ram in the late summer. OR I get the CPU / MOBO and ram in about 1-2 months and Get the monitor in mid / late summer.

I do know that Ryzen Refresh is comming out soon and I would adjust part list for that.
