AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor
AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Intel - Core i5-7400 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

Which ones of these is the best for my buck i will be combining them with a gtx 1050ti low profile i wont be overclocking any of these

Out of the cpu's listed the rgzen 1600 is EASILY the one with the most headroom for future proofing.
5 years ?? Who knows , you can still game with a 5 year old i5 or an fx cpu so Id say yes.

Dont expect 5 years out of a 1050ti though , thats too big of an ask.

Still 1600 :) its great all rounder with amazing bang/buck. Sadly its not perfect in any task, still 2'nd or third in most :)

I assume here you want to upgrade something at this point.

it's hard to beat Pentium G4560 in price to power if you do just games. But it will not take any upgrades well

The GPU will be limiting you long before 5 years. The 1050ti is a nice budget GPU, but if you're trying to play AAA games in 3 years witih high frame rates, you would likely to need to go at least to a GTX 1070.
