Can someone explain me how to tighten memory timings

Soo basicly my RAM knowledge is 0, as i have HyperX 8GB (2x4) running at 1600Mhz i would like to tighten ram timings, as you may see in pictures could you explain me how to do it?

To tighten them you manually enter the numbers into the RAM timings section of your BIOS. But the first thing you would want to do is enable the XMP option to allow the motherboard to use the alternate timings built into the DIMMs.

Sorry but XMP is not avalilable due limitation of my i3-4170 (1600), to tighten my ram i have to increase the numbers or?

If XMP is not supported, why do you believe that manually entering memory overclock timings will work ?

I can change everything except tRC it usualy stays at 50+.

You can change them, but that doesn't mean it will boot or run stable... If you manually change the timings, I would run memtest86 overnight before I trusted it.
