How good is my rig for gaming and editing?

Solution
If you want to play the latest triple A titles on that system, you'll get away with it but on low to medium graphical settings.
If you want to play regular esports titles that are not as graphically intensive, this system will be fine as you'll be able to play them on medium to high graphical settings without issue.

The graphics card is going to be your major issue. I have a spud in my bedroom with a 750ti 2GB with 16 gig of ram and an FX 8350. It runs fine, but modern games it does fall behind and that is because of the lack of ram that some titles demand. I know some will quickly cry in horror that there is still a functioning FX 8350 in the world and what a horrible person I am for not putting it down years ago, but it does fine for a spud. If you want to get some decent settings in recent games then you will need to upgrade your GPU, but it should be fine for editing. The only person that can truly answer the question you posted is you. If you are happy then stick with it, but if not then its time to upgrade the GPU and I would not settle for less than a 1060 6 GB
