Molex or cpu?

2 Questions. Do I plug in heat sink fan to cpu_opt or cpu_fan. I’m out of fan headers for case fan so should I plug in my exhaust to molex or to either cpu opt or cpu fan (first question)

Hi Jack :)

The CPU fan goes to CPU_FAN header however CPU_OPT is the same.
You can use the case fan in CPU_OPT if you want however you will not have fan control without a dedicated fan controller. You can also use a fan splitter cable to run two fans as headers are usually rated at around 1amp.
Depends on the power draw ofc and anything over 0.50amps I would use Molex.
