I was wondering if this was a good setup at all, what I should change, and if I need liquid cooling. Also, I was wondering if there was any alternatives for a cheaper price. I would like to stay at about $750 or less

Solution
Drop the ssd, sadly it does not help with fps, only boot and load times, and invest the money to step up to a GTX 1060 6GB. The extra cuda cores will really help u game smoothly.
