Motherboard Memory Failure?

I have a SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SLM-F-O that I am using to build a FreeNAS system, but I cannot get it to post (I think). It wont go past the first boot screen where it gives the SuperMicro logo and then says "System Initializing... 15" at the bottom of the display.

Motherboard: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813182820&cm_re=X10SLM-F-_-13-182-820-_-Product

Memory (2x8gb): https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104447&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Memory+(Desktop+Memory)-_-HyperX-_-20104447&ignorebbr=1

I found this link explaining the post code: https://www.supermicro.com/support/faqs/faq.cfm?faq=20063

However, I have confirmed that my memory is unbuffered and I believe it is compatible with the motherboard. Is this a failure of the motherboard, the memory, or something else?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Solution
Motherboard supports up to 32 GB DDR3 ECC Un-Buffered memory (UDIMM)

Error-correcting code memory (ECC memory) is a type of computer data storage that can detect and correct the most common kinds of internal data corruption. ECC memory is used in most computers where data corruption cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.

Memory you listed in not ECC memory.
