A duo huh? I think without bottlenecking, the 1050s are the only good option. Maybe the Ti version at most. It’s $100 for regular version and $150ish for ti, although you should consider revamping the system soon. Duos are becoming out of date.

I don't think I would upgrade that system. It is simply too low end across the board. But with a monitor resolution of only 1366x768, do you really need an upgrade? Is there a game you are not able to play? If there is such a game, have you checked to see where your bottleneck it? Is it the CPU, ram or GPU? They are all so far down the foodchain that the normal reply of "get a new GPU" seems to not fit your pc.

Can I put higher ram?

Yes.
Just make sure the dimensions are right for your case as there are more than 1 form factor for the gt 730. For about the same price ($70-80) the 1030 low profile card is faster.

Yes you could buy an 8gb ddr3 ram kit for it. If you get an exact match of what is in there, you might get away with getting just another 4gb module.

But these things are basically throwing money at a PC which will not increase in value after the upgrades and will still have a old slow CPU. Again, I recommend you do not upgrade but save up and get a modern system.

Palit Nvidia GeForce GT630 2GB DDR3 128bit Graphic Card HDMI, DVI, VGA
This is my exact GPU can i upgrade my gpu to 1030 or 750 ti?
cause i dont know what form factor is

You should be fine to upgrade to either one. Measure the dimensions of your current card including the metal bracket, Then check what sort of clearance you have for a larger one (if needed). I googled your card to see if I could help, but it came up with both full height and half-height models.
