Do you have the latest mobo drivers? Check website if necessary or google (mobo name drivers)

your image is a boot bios image and it looks like this (see below)
did you bother to press F2 and enter bios after making the change, make sure things are good and then press F10 to save and exit ?

i5-7600
Asus Strix GTX 1070 OC Edition
8GB RAM
SSD 250GB

Try taking off the 20% overclock and then saving changes and restart.

When you first turn on the PC, Press the DEL key or the F2 key when the prompt appears like in your picture. Then, using the paper manual which came with the motherboard, follow the instructions to turn off the overclocking function. You can also just look through the BIOS. Nowadays you can use the mouse to select different sections of the BIOS and read about things in the Help there.

your bios main page looks partially like this, top right says EZ TUNING below the dial under it should read NORMAL
other option is to press F11 and set EZ tuning to normal/off no overclocking

Thank you for guide as i entered bios i clicked on Defaults everything is normal now
