So I bought a new motherboard and unfortunately it had ddr4 instead of ddr3, so I take out the new motherboard fix with all the cables and put my old one in and then when I start my computer the disk only uses 1-15% and my fps Is 10-60 and before I had an average of 150. Although when I download games It uses 100% disk. I have tried restarting router. Help!
Specs
Gtx 1050 4gb
i7 2600k
not certain about harddrive (84gb space usable)
12gb corsair ram.

Solution
I fixed it with Msi afterburner. I just put fan speed on 80% restarted pc and everything was fine, but when i open msi gaming app it goes down to 0%, weird. Thank you for spending your time here, have a great night.
Firstly, I'm a bit confused about what happened, so please confirm. From what I understood, you bought a new motherboard, but couldn't get it to work because it uses DDR4, which you don't have. You had already installed the new motherboard when you noticed that, so you had to uninstall it and install the old one back. After all that, you've noticed a slow down in games.

Secondly, why do you relate FPS to your disk usage? Disk performance affects how fast you can load things into memory (so load times are affected), but not real time performance, since everything is already in memory by then. A faster or slower disk will not have a significant impact in FPS.

I would look elsewhere. Use CPU-z to check you CPU clock as the game runs, see if it is not throttling down. Also check if your memory is running at the proper frequency and if it is running dual-channel.

You can also use GPU-z to check you GPU performance too. As with the CPU, look for the clock speeds to see if it isn't throttling down.

Lastly, use task manager to see if there isn't any other process bogging the system down.

Cpu is around 800-1300 mhz, I dont really know what you wanted me to look for (correct me if i'm wrong). I think I found it but dont know how to fix it, my gpu fan is at 0%. Went down and checked if it really isnt on and its not spinning. (sry for unclearness)
Edit: fans spin on startup.
