PC crashing / freezing

Hello,

My PC randomly crashes when I'm either gaming, or even watching videos. It happens very randomly, and I'm unsure why. My monitor loses signal, and the LEDs on my keyboard and mouse turn off, however, I can still see that my PC is running (the fans and LEDs inside are still on).

When I check the windows event viewer, I get the following error: Event41, Kernel-Power (The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly).

I've run the windows memory test, to check if my RAM was bad, however the test results are fine. I even tried using one stick at a time and it seemed to crash still.

I tried stressing my PSU to see if that was the problem, by putting my GPU and CPU to maximum load. I ran Prime95 torture test (blend) on all 12 threads, with FurMark simultaneously. My temps seem to be fine, I haven't overclocked my system. It didn't crash while running both of these for about an hour.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I attached some pictures for the windows event errors, the memory diagnostic results, and an image of the FurMark with my temps/usage here:

My PC specs are:

GPU: EVGA gtx 1060 3gb SC singlefan
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 with stock cooler
Motherboard: Asrock pro4 AB350m
PSU: EVGA 750 BQ, 80+ BRONZE 750W
SSD (boot drive): Samsung 960EVO m.2 nvme ssd, 256gb
HDD (only for games/extra files): Seagate barracuda 1TB
RAM: 2x8GB G.Skill DDR4 Trident Z 3000Mhz

Additional: NZXT Hue+ with 3 AER 120mm fans, and 2 LED strips

Solution
Hi, it's a problem with your motherboard. I had exactly the same problem with the asrock ab350m pro4. I'm sorry but the only way to fix it is to send it back and get a new motherboard.
Here's everyone I found that have the same problem:

Thanks for the reply Tanoxil, much appreciated. Is there another motherboard you'd recommend? I really liked this one, its a shame that it has so many problems. I was thinking of getting the MSI Mortar B350M.
