Are these Voltages correct? 3 PC components dead during this year

Are these voltages readings ok?

System:
Phenom II x4 955 be NO OVERCLOCK
MOBO: ASUS (dont remember model)
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 500wtts

The thing that concerns me is that these year 3 different components of my pc died:
First:
Video card (ati 7750 HD)
Then RAM memory (1 Kingston 2gb stick)

And now my new HDD 1t WD blue hast 1 current pending sector..

I suspect something weird going on with the PSU

Ok.. so can you give me any hint of what could be wrong with my PC?
I know it has it age (8 years the motherboard, 8 years the remaining RAMS, processor around 6 years, psu 5 years)
but the dead of the 3 components set up an alarm..
maybe its normal due to its age, and im just paranoid, but well.. thanks anyway
