So I recently brought my some of my pc parts down from my dorm and flew back home. I bought a new case, motherboard, and psu to have back at home for easier transport overall. The parts I brought home were an i7 3770k cpu, gtx 780ti, 16gb of ram, and 2 2Tb HDD + 2 250gb ssd. I recently installed windows 10 on my ssd while the old installation is on one of my hdd. Boot times are fast, but going 1-2 pages deep on reddit or playing games starts to lag the system. Instead of 100-120 fps in Dota, its anywhere from 50-90, In games like PUBG which I used to easily get 50-80 fps on high, I now get 10-40 on low. I have tried reseating the parts, but nothing seems to be happening.
