Hi guys,
I need to choose between the following desktop rigs (both for the same price):
*I don't have plans on doing overclock and I will use it for CS:GO only (I've heard that this specific game has something to do with specific CPU types in terms of performance difference?)
The game will be played on a 144hz monitor + 1080P (Full HD) resolution.

I7-4820K
GTX1070
16GB RAM

I7-6700K
GTX960
16GB RAM
Will appreciate any help or insights on that, so I will be able to go and pick one of them.
