Yes, that's a standard ATX power supply's dimensions. Your case is an ATX mid-tower case so a standard ATX power supply will fit inside your case perfectly.

Yes it will. It's a standard size PSU on a standard ATX case.

In fact, the link you posted clearly states in the specifications "PSU Length Limitation: 180mm(With 1x Bottom Fan), 220mm(Without Bottom Fan)".

This means that you can fit even a 180mm to 220mm long PSU. Your PSU's length is only 140mm - so it will fit.
