What is the best budget cpu air cooler for an overclocked i7-7700k @ 5.2ghz that won't block ram slots.
I must add that I will be delidding the CPU as an added measure, but want the best possible air cooler without breaking the bank and not having to go to an AIO water cooling kit.

MSI z270 M7 Gaming motherboard
CPU - i7-7700k Kaby Lake
G.Skill Trident Z 16gb ram (2x8gb kit)
Geforce GTX 1070 TI GPU
