I have a TD-W8901N V1 . It was working well, last night i saw a new update for the firmware, i did the update properlly, it went fine. After the router reboot i am not able to connect to it. as it was giving message says windows cannot connect to this network, so i rebooted the router again, & tried to connect, then start getting message security key miss match. I am 100% sure that i am putting in the right key in. So i tried to reset the router by holding down the WPS button. All the lights blink after 7-8 sec & no changes..Not even able to reset the router.

Try using the reset button, normally with a paper clip, not the WDS button! DO a 30/30/30 reset just to make sure.

The WPS button is not for resetting the router - it's for easy-connect to WPS-compatible devices.

Reset is not even a button at all, it's a small hole in to which you push a paper-clip for usually around 5 seconds or until you see all the status lights (except power) go out.

Remember, if you reset, the wireless password will revert to the original one set at the factory, plus all other user-changeable settings will revert to factory defaults as well.

hold reset button for 30 seconds/unplug power with the reset button still held for another 30 seconds/plug the power back in with the reset button still held for another 30 seconds.
