Installing windows 7 without CD

That is not something you can fix with just installing Windows. If you don't even get past the BIOS, it is likely a hardware issue. Try unplugging the system from wall power, remove the battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, check things again. Can you get into the BIOS screen OK? If not, try with one RAM stick at a time or different RAM, try without the hard drive.
