How can I install Windows 10 64 bits on a system with 4 gigs of RAM?

My processor can support 64 bit OS, but when I tried to install Windows 10 64 bit from my Flash drive, it said I't can't be supported on my PC.

You'd have to boot from the USB drive (if bootable), not run it in Windows 32 bit. Take into account also the drivers needed for your devices if compatible with Win 10.
4g should work.
