msi gtx 1050 ti 4gb gaming x vs evga gtx 960 ssc 4gb

Guys i already have the evga gtx 960 ssc 4gb graphics card. its a great card. i' ve seen a boost clock of 1417 max without any overclocking. i got an msi gtx1050 ti gaming x 4gb as a gift. Seeing its specs i'm pretty confused. i know its a close call. any suggestions?

They are equivalent performance. On Ebay a EVGA GTX 960 SSC 4GB sells between $117.50 - $145. Were it me, I'd sell it for the cash. Then I'd sell or return the 1050 Ti. With the proceeds of both, I'd get a EVGA GTX 1060 SC Gaming 6GB.

After doing some search i found that in terms of power consumption the 1050 ti is much better. But will it provide more fps? Will i get these 2-5 more fps from the 1050 ti considering that the evga gtx960 clock is pretty high
