Applications run slow, low fps in games first 10-15m after i start the pc!

Title say it all. I dont know why run so slow, i check all programs, taskbar, nothing is 100%. Temperatures are ok.


my system is
fx 4300 3.8 ghz
sapphire r7 240 2gb
ram ddr3 4gb
asrock n68 gs4 fx
wd blue 1tb 7200rpm
segotep battleship s7 450w

After 10-15m and 2-3 restart, pc run normal.

i dont know your whole story yet so ill just try to give some random suggestions and hopefully it will hit your mark. have you done a gpu driver update recently? you can try using "drive booster". its perfectly safe and free and finds 90% of driver updates for you. if you havent done anything new to your system or install anything, then it could be your hardware is failing somwhere from dust or age. you can try to confirm that in your windows "Event Viewer" and trace some of the logs there if you see warnings or errors from startup.

driver is latest, pc is not old, on 2016 i buy it. And the event viewer i will try, but i will see tomorrow because if i shut down for 5m and start, pc run normal. i need to shutdown pc for all night.i dont know how it works. can psu make problem on this? also this erros can be the problem?
