Help needed quick. Dell optiplex 3010 upgrade

Hi,
I am about to buy a used optiplex 3010 (DT version) and it comes with an oem 250w power supply. Im not sure whether it would be safe or not to add a low profile gtx 1050ti, which has a minimum requirement of 300w. Could anyone offer some advice?

Not a problem. The PSU is small because of an Optiplex 95W CPU limit vs. 130W normal computer, and the small number of bays and expansion slots available in that case. You have a 95W CPU, and are adding a 75W GPU= 170W. I would bump up to 12GB RAM with that card.
