New SSD won't display in File Explorer

I just bought a Samsung Evo 850 500gb and it doesn't want to display in the file explorer. I have already initialised it in disk management and rebooted my PC and it still wont display. All it shows in disk management is this.

Right click where it says "Unallocated".
What options does it give you?

Probably "New Simple Volume"
Do that.
