Ryzen 5 1400 overheating to 90 degrees on Prime95 test

Today I ran the Prime95 stress test. My CPU temp got between 88 and 96 degrees? Is this normal? If it isn't normal, what can I do to avoid this?

That is not normal. Have you changed the clock speed or voltage? What are you using for cooling?

If you didn't overclock the chip, reseat the cpu cooler.
