I have a Intel Celeron J1800 2.41 ghz dual core and 4gbs of RAM. I have integrated Intel Hd Graphics (Bay Trail) but i want to add a NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030. Can I? Also my computer is not a laptop.

Celeron J1800 is a power efficient dual-core SoC for desktops and nettops.
This system on a chip has a PCI Express x16 slot. Specifications list it as 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 (x1 mode). A x1 mode usually doesn't meet the video card system requirements.
