Hi! I only really use these forums when i'm hopeless 
, but back to the issue. My Windows 10 laptop (1709) has been having these problems with proxy recently and it wont let me turn off the proxy in the "settings" app. Automatically detect settings was turned off because it was making my internet super slow :/, but I don't think that is the issue because my other PC is fine with it turned off. The proxy is set to http=127.0.0.1:8080;https=127.0.0.1:8080 , and use proxy execept for is <-loopback>. I really don't know what to do because if i turn it off it just comes back again. I saw something on a forum about kmspico causing this issue (Yes I pirated Office 2016), but after uninstalling it and running vigorous checks with adwcleaner, malwarebytes and Windows defender the problem still happens pls help!
