Hi! I only really use these forums when i'm hopeless :p, but back to the issue. My Windows 10 laptop (1709) has been having these problems with proxy recently and it wont let me turn off the proxy in the "settings" app. Automatically detect settings was turned off because it was making my internet super slow :/, but I don't think that is the issue because my other PC is fine with it turned off. The proxy is set to http=127.0.0.1:8080;https=127.0.0.1:8080 , and use proxy execept for is <-loopback>. I really don't know what to do because if i turn it off it just comes back again. I saw something on a forum about kmspico causing this issue (Yes I pirated Office 2016), but after uninstalling it and running vigorous checks with adwcleaner, malwarebytes and Windows defender the problem still happens pls help!

Well...your pirated software probably made some other change related to the kmspico.
Wipe and reinstall with valid, legal OS media...

And a free legal alternative to Office - LibreOffice

Look I know that KMSPICO isn't the issue here because both my PC's have it and the one has the issue while the other doesn't, I litterally did a clean wipe 2 days ago on the PC since 1709 was having licensing issues, which is another thing on it's own, My windows 10 install is legal (Used windows 7 key from that PC). KMSpico isn't the problem and I need some real help here please instead of reinstall windows (Because I just did that!).

Edit: Isn't my laptop is my folks, also they will not try libre office because they stubborn (Libre office just isn't the same) :/. Please just don't say buy it.

Ok, on the laptop with the proxy problems it was working fine for 2 days after the clean install (KMSpico was installed 2 days ago). Now all of a sudden these proxy settings decide to show up and won't go away... I am going to try and use a 1703 image on a fresh install hopefully that works but i'm going to get a licensing issue again when I update to 1709...

Edit: When my folks updated their laptops to 1709, the started getting the message (Your Windows license will expire soon)... Its total bullsh*t and nobody on the internet has the problem.

How about you leave that KMS thing out of the loop altogether after a fresh install.
See what happens.
