I got a used HD 7850 from my cousin for my budget build.
- Pentium G4600
- 430w Rosewill PSU
- Glowy 8GB DDR4 Ram (Single Stick)
- MSI B250M Pro-VD Mobo

I've been using this build for 3 months and it's been fine. I've been getting minor crashes when I were to be playing Overwatch. The game would freeze for 15 seconds, then I would close out of the game and a message would appear saying "Default Radeon wattman settings have been restored due to unexpected system failure". That's only one of the problems with my GPU. Another problem has been constantly happening to me where I would start up any game, Overwatch, LoL, Rainbow 6, CS:GO, and even Roblox, the fans would go full speed and temps would go up to 105 degrees Celsius. If the game was harder to run, then the game would load for 5 seconds, and my whole system would just crash. This is my first and only GPU since I'm a new builder and I don't get a lot of money so It would take me a while to buy a decent new or used GPU. Please help me techies!

My first thoughts are that the HD 7850 can use a bit of power. I notice you have a "Rosewill 430W". Some Rosewill components are alright, some are cheap. Before I'd suspect the videocard has problems, I'd suspect that power supply you have is a cheap one and can't keep the card properly powered.

Of course, if you could test this card in another system you will see if the card works or not.
