Good afternoon folks,

So with the help of a couple of other community members the other day, I was able to purchase a GPU upgrade for my gaming PC. Here is my current setup as of now:

Motherboard - ASUSTeK Z87-PLUS - Not OC'ed

Processor - Intel Core i7-4770K

GPU - MSI GTX 1080Ti (8GB) - Not OC'ed

Core Clock: 1,114 MHz, Mem Bus Clock: 1,753 MHz Memory - 16GB (2x8GB DDR3 @ 1,332 MHz each)

Accessories - Corsair H80i-GT Sealed liquid cooler, (2) Corsair ML140 Fans

So essentially what I'd like to do is maximize my performance here. Typically I run three monitors (main being 2560x1440p, the other two at 1920x1080p) however, I tend to run only two if I'm playing a high-end game such as Skyrim with a ton of graphical mods. Using modded Skyrim as the precedent, I am now up to 70-90fps with occasional drops to mid-50's when entering high-foliage/density/particle areas such as cities. I know that I could be doing better and am hoping that someone has advice on the best path to take.

I am new to Overclocking so I'd definitely welcome any advice there. My RAM is an older unit (2013) despite being pretty responsive per the recent Benchmark test (I'll include that below). Should I have sprung for the 1080Ti? I honestly don't think I'd utilize it to it's full capacity which is why I'm looking for advice on what else I can do here.

Current Benchmark test results:

UserBenchmarks: Game 100%, Desk 80%, Work 62%
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K - 83.8%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti - 115.6% (Performing below expectations (32nd percentile))
SSD: SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB - 70.3%
HDD: Seagate Desktop SSHD 2TB - 79.3%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3 1866 C10 2x8GB - 68%
MBD: Asus Z87-PLUS

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the reply jgustin7b, what would your recommend in terms of model? As the CPU tends to be a bit pricey, I'd like to make sure I start looking at the right one.
