Is this AMD GPU good for its price? https://arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/Arvutikomponendid-Graafikakaardid-VGA-AMD-Radeon/XFX-RX-560D-4GB-GDDR5-RX-560D4SFG5-307239. And will the corsair cx450 PSU will be powerful enough for this graphics card?

All advice is welcomed!

Unless you have a specific reason to think you'd benefit from the 4gb vram, I'd get a 2gb 560. They start at around 112.04€ on that site. There seems to be about an $18 difference between the 2gb and 4gb models. I wouldn't pay the extra because I don't think you'll see any difference in how games look or feel.

It's a budget card a refresher to the RX 460, They are a little slower on average than a 1050 GT, avoid the 2G versions if possible. The reason I say this is @ 1080p there are several games that will use between 2.8G-3.8G of VRAM.. GTA V for example. If your going with a budget card flip the little bit more and have the max your going to get out of it with the added VRAM. I see the 1050 GT 4GB and the RX 560 4GB on sale every two weeks when the 2G version is not.
