Hello there and thanks for taking the time out of your day to read this!

Computer Speccs
Processor: i7-8700k CPU @ 3.70 GHZ
Cooling: Noctua NH-U9S CPU
Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z370-F GAMING
GPU: ROG STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING
RAM: G-Skill Trident 2x8GB 3200Mhz
PSU: Corsair TX850M, 850W PSU
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO 250GB M.2 PCIe SSD
CASE: NZXT S340 Midi Tower

My problem:
My CPU is running at 1,360 voltage in Bios but when stresstested such as CPUz, my cpu runs at 1,420+ voltage.
My CPU gets very hot, around 80-100 degrees and crashes at over 100+ (BSOD)
I have no ide how to fix this problem when my Bios is diffrent from what i get in windows.

Do you have load line calibration (LLC) set to the max level? That's what it looks like, not a good idea if you do. Try level 2 or 3 to start then go up if you need it.

If LLC is set to auto, try level 2 or 3 instead and see if it still goes up that high.

I dont know actually. I find it really hard managing such things in UEFI BIOS.
Im aming for 1,35v, but theres 3 options of voltages in Bios
- CPU Core voltage
- CPU Cache voltage
- CPU System agent voltage
And none of them is set to 1,35v or above, but somehow i still manage to get 1,4v + in stresstests.
