Hello! So I tried playing Assassin's Creed IV, FarCry 4, Tomb Raider, Witcher 3, Fortnite but all of them are freezing (audio still goes on), crashing to desktop (no error) after or close to the end of the opening cutscene. It has been a while since I played these big games and then these were working great with no issues. On other games I sometimes also get freezes. I want to end these issues and it's annoying because it is not about a game, it is half of my Steam Library! What should I try now?
What I tried so far:
-reinstalled Windows;
-running in compatibility mode and as administrator the games;
-checked for audio drivers, cpu drivers, no issues;
-clean installing GPU drivers; up to date (version 388.71)
-switching between fullscreen, windowed and borderless mode; no change
-lowering the graphics and disabling Vsync, AA;
-using /sfc scannow and Windows Memory Diagnostic (no issues)
-verify integrity of game files;
-reinstall all games several times;
-used RealTemp to check temperatures, all ok;
Resolution 5:4 1280x1024 60Hz
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 (10.0 build 16299)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P @ 3.10 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 1GB
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 Single Channel
