Can I copy and OEM version of Windows 7 ??

hi, I'm sorry but I'm really a noob in terms of software compared to hardware, anyway I'm about to build my new gaming pc and on my old pc,
I have windows 7 OEM version and I was wondering if could copy it's key to the new build..

Not gonna work.
Win 7 OEM is tied to the original motherboard.

No and the above wont work. Win 7 OEM licences are tied to the motherboard, it would deactivate at some point. In addition to that whenever you change motherboard let a whole system you should reinstall Windows, if you don't the system may or may not boot but even if it does boot you can have all sorts of issues. Sometimes you get lucky but it's hit and miss and not recommended.
