So my computer is not hooking up to our internet, and after troubleshooting, it is saying "network adapter driver not installed", and I really have no idea where to find the driver to my network adapter, can someone please help me out.

I think this is the network adapter, but I not sure: Linksys Velop WHW0303

Edit: Ok so maybe this is my network adapter: "Surfboard SB6141"

I'm sure which one of these are my network adapter, or if either of them are, but if one of them is my network adapter, can someone please help me find the latest driver for it.

Solution
Could be the network adapter on the mobo has packed up -- so driver can't detect it.

Suggest you install a new 10/100 network card in a PCI/PCIe expansion slot.

Can't think of anything else it might be. Good Luck.

My motherboard model is "Gigabyte Z270XP-SLI"

So I'm assuming the network adapter is integrated into the motherboard.

So when I tried to install the driver, it said something about the hardware that was needed for the driver was not in the computer. I downloaded the windows 10 64 bit version because that is my OS, and I am 100% sure that it is the correct motherboard, so why won't the driver download?

Thanks for helping me out, but if you don't mind me asking, what exactly is a "10/100 network card"? Are there different types of network cards, and do they all have different uses?
