UPS power output suggestion

Solution
with that monitor, the one i recommended should give you 70+ minutes run time, plus the battery should go 5 years useful life

cyberpower includes an interesting watt draw widget with available run time remaining, that gives a good "pulse" on the life of the battery - when you see run time dropping down to 15 or less minutes, you know it's time to replace the battery

here's a shot of the widget - i keep it active on the bottom right corner of my desktop -

the computer this widget is on is running a cyberpower CP1500PFCLCD UPS, the 1 hour 11 minute run time estimate basically reflects the computer is near idle except for web browsing. When i'm rendering a video and the cpu is at or near 100% usage or load...

you haven't mentioned what monitor you're running or other computer attached items

here's a selection of cyberpower's true sine wave models - you do want to stay with a sine wave UPS, it'll be kinder to your computer's electronics
https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/products/ups/pfc-sinewave/

here's the one i'm running - with monitor (i'm, assuming a 40 watt draw for your rig) this unit should keep your system up 60 minutes
https://www.amazon.com/CyberPower-CP1350PFCLCD-Sinewave-Outlets-Mini-Tower/dp/B00429N19M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1514136559&sr=8-1&keywords=cyberpower+ups+CP1350PFCLCD

but keep something in mind - the batteries all UPS's employ weaken with age, which means the older the battery, the less run time in an outage - the batteries are generally replaced every 3-4 years

do try to stay with a true sine wave unit, whichever brand you go with

The UPS is also powering a 10 watt unmanaged switch and 4 security cameras (5 watts each) 24/7

i've never heard of them, so can't help you much except to point out they are not pure sine wave UPSs

I know pure sine wave UPSs run more money, but they are worth it in the long run - and i'd think especially in a country where the current might not be as consistent as it is in more developed countries.

I really would stay with known names or brands:CyberPower #1, APC second in terms of known and reputable
