I have a Pentium Dual Core E5500 @2.80Ghz with Zotac Gtx 750 Ti 2gb

It's a bottleneck on my dual core. I want know if overclocking my Pentium Dual Core E5500 from 2.80ghz to 3.30ghz or more will decrease GPU bottleneck or not?

It's just that i can't buy a new processor right now... And by not much means it'll affect performance... Okay that's all i wanted to know... Thnx :)

It depends on the game. If it's single threaded then yes it will help. If it's bottlenecking because it needs more cores then no. You didn't say what OS you have. 64 or 32 bit. You didn't say how much RAM you have. It could be a RAM bottleneck also. Since it's a 45nm CPU you could go to something like an E7600 3.06GHz 1066fsb 3m cache for $5. or an E8600 3.33GHz 6M cache for $12 from China. Make sure your MB supports 1333 fsb, it should being 45nm.
