Question About 4K Gaming On PC

Hello. I hope this is in the correct section. I'm thinking about buying a 4K monitor for my PC since 4K monitors are cheaper now. Before I do so however I was wondering what is the possibility that I can run games in 4K on high settings? Doesn't have to be max/ultra but high hopefully. My system specs are below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K
MOBO: ASRock Z170 PRO4
RAM: 16GB DDR4
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080TI Founder's Edition (11GB GDDR5)
PSU: Thermaltake Smart Series 600W SLI
OS: Windows 10

I don't think you will have a problem since you build is very STRONG and POWERFUL.Since the 1080 was the first 4K gpu,your core is one of the stronger and newest,your RAM is 16GB(I don't know about the MHz but I assume they are pretty high since they are two ram of 8GB)and your PSU can hold all of this.

Becarful though what monitor you gonna choose.You better go to an expert and ask him about that or for every question about this PC VS 4K MONITOR thing.
