Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA AB350M Gaming 3
CPU: Ryzen 1500x not OC
GPU: Asus GTX 1060 3GB
PSU: Corsair CX550M
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 3000MHz CMK8GX4M2B3000C15 Timings: 15-17-17-35 1.35V ver.5.20
SanDisk SSD Plus 120gb + Western Digital 1 TB 5400 RPM
GPU up to date (Nvidia 388.71) and all drivers and BIOS up to date(BIOS F10)

This is my 2nd Build so far so im just a amateur.

Boot PC, no errors. Error came when I was playing LOL and screen went black and monitor said no video signal and goes on in like 5 seconds. Also I'm getting micro freezes every 5 to 10 mins of 1-2 seconds of duration even when surfing web. Then I read on forums that Ryzen performed better in 3000MHz so I activated XMP Profile in BIOS and it worked BUT that made things WORSE because PC was freezing more constantly.
Ran Memtest86 2 hours and there were no errors so I suspect there wasn't a problem with the RAM.
Tested GPU using AIDA64 and there were no problems.
Tested system memory and it said ''Hardware Failure Detected'' and the test stopped in average 3 seconds.
Then I read that Ryzen was unstable with some RAM and they said that RAM needed to loose timings so I checked the BIOS and found that the timings were wrong it was:
Cas Latency: 15
tRCDRD: 15
tRCDWR: 15
tRP: 15
tRAS: 36

so I changed the timings to:
Cas Latency: 15
tRCDRD: 17
tRCDWR: 17
tRP: 17
tRAS: 35

After that the PC didn't BOOT it was in a endless reboot and couldn't access BIOS to reconfigure so I cleared CMOS(took out battery and waited 10 mins) after that the PC booted but BIOS was in version F2 so I downloaded F7a(cause I read that It was more stable than F10)...Flashed using Q Flash and the microfreezing still didn't resolve..later Flashed to F10 and the real problem began: ONE RAM STOPPED WORKING because I can boot pc with the other ram in single channel but the damaged RAM cant boot(CPu and gpu fans are on but no display in monitor). Tried dual channel and cant boot. HELP ME PLEASE!! Trying to fix the problem led me to a worse state.

Try to enter the bios with the single channel and set the ram timings, voltages etc to auto and exit. Put both the sticks in and try to boot again.
