I managed to have a stable (at least for what I can see , did some stress test as per what Ive researched) Now I am @ 3.8mhz + 1.28voltage stable. I can post 3.8 @ 1.20 so I tried to reach 3.9mhz since I thought I still have a lot of room for my voltage if needed. Unfortunately I CANNOT post ANY 3.9mhz settings from 1.2 - 1.45! Am I missing something here? Is that how bad I lost the silicon lottery?

Specs:
R3 1200
MSI VDH-PRO B350m
750Ti
klev 4GB x 2 2400mhz

Solution
Likely hit the wall with Ryzen, 1st Gen. Not all chips can get to 4Ghz, let alone higher. I needed 1.38v for my Ryzen 7 1700 to be stable at 3.85Ghz. Even 1.45v wasnt stable at 4Ghz. I did have memory at 3200 CL14, but had intermittent POST issues.

Being able to overclock to a certain level is never guaranteed.( if it was, then that level would be stock!)
Have you tried loosening the ram timings?

you mean lowering my ramspeed to 2133? I just left my timings to 17171739 never touched any settings for ram as of now.

I meant loosening your timings, not the ramspeed.

Just tried to manually select the lowest ram timings 14-16-16-37 (17-17-17-39 default) from the Memory try it! but still have no luck. Is there any better timing except for those? I can put it manually but I don't know what numbers are okay.

By going to 14-16-16-37, you actually tightened the timings!:( You need to go bigger numbers, like 19-19-19-45 in order to loosen them.:)
