My PC specs :
- i5 6500 3,2 ghz quad core
- Nvidia Gtx 950 Strix 2GB OC
- DDR4 16GB 2133mhz Kingston RAM
- Motherboard : B150M-A M/2
- Kingston SSD 250 GB
- 1TB Hard drive

i have roughly the same specs. doom 2016 i put to medium 1080p and got 60fps. i was dissapointed with prey though. maybe cuz it isnt vulkan but i got medium 60fps. bf4 is getting older now but i was at all high at 60fps.
i used msi afterburner and tweaked my game from that mixing vsync on and off and highest details, went down from there.
the 2gb vram really is killing me in AAA titles now.

You should be fine to play those. StarCraft 2(should run great), PUBG(not well optimized will probably have to play on medium or low settings), Battlefield 4(should run just fine as well, may need to adjust some settings)
