I am currently looking to get the ncase m1 case and i will have to get a new motherboard and i heard sometimes you will need to update the BIOS and was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback. I have a intel i7 6700k that i will be using from my last build and wanted to know if there was any motherboards i could get that are mini itx and where i wouldnt have to update the BIOS? Thanks

If you have a 6700k which is Skylake, all the motherboards that are compatible with it will not need a BIOS update. However I dont recommend you not to have the BIOS updated.
If you don't have any CPU upgrade in mind for the next years i suggest getting a Z170 motherboard, all of them will not need any bios update to work with that CPU.
