How do I get to BIOS?

Solution
^ the 2470 has dvi-d & vga.

The issue here is you are running a 1050ti.

If this is fitted the display ports on the motherboard itself will be disabled.
You have to use the ports on the 1050ti backplate itself.

If the 1050ti doesn't have a dvi port then ypu arr going to need a dvi to hdmi cable to run your monitor.

If it does have dvi & you were using that then check your actual cable pins.

Anything but the bottom one (dvi-a) should work fine.

Be aware that gtx 10** series cards do not offer any analog output - they are digital only.

your keyboard must be connected to a USB 2.0 port on the upper part of your rear panel. most likely, the legacy support for USB 3 isnt activated on your BIOS MOBO by default. and try booting again and press F2 or DEL.

if you have your motherboards manual with you, its should be stated there and its very easy to do.

generally, you will find 2-3 pins usually close to your first PCIE slot. you just have to change the jumper (the black rubber thingy that connects to 1st and 2nd pin) and switch it to the 2nd and 3rd pin and wait for like 3-10secs. and set it back again to the original position. if there is no black rubber thingy. use any long thing metal object 2 short the 1st and 2nd pin together (if there are only 2 pins).

what this will do is reset your BIOS to its default settings.

is usb 2.0 (white/black plastic connector) or usb 3.0 (blue)? im pretty sure by default your MOBO support usb3.0 legacy to allow you to use your keyboard and mouse through any rear port. you can try using another keyboard. and just keep switching through all your usb ports. there could be an off chance that one of your USB ports arent functioning normally.
