FreeSync Monitor Wont Let Me Enable Freesync

I have a AOC G2260VWQ6 Monitor and everything i have is freesync capable but in the amd radeon settings it wont let me turn on freesync.

I installed drivers with windows search online because the box didnt come with cd and i turned DP capability to 1.2 but still nothing

Can anyone help me?

make sure your displayport cable connects from your monitor to your GPU and NOT the one from your motherboard rear panel. it should be automatic. are you using the software interface or the one from your monitor? have you set your display settings in your OS to 75Hz?
