what i would do usually is to detach your system hard drive and connect to another computer externally thru USB and try to fix it with using some rescue software (e.g. Ease US Partition Master). if you have a SATA to USB connector, you can do this yourself. depending how bad the damage on your hard disk is, you will need to do a couple of rescue operations (e.g. repartitioning, scan disk, surface test, or worse case just try to recover some of the files in there before you delete all the partitions on it and reformat it for you to install a fresh new windows)
